Here at Lyds Kitchen we aim to freshly bake and pack your order within 1-2 working days, from the time we receive your order.
Your Lyds Kitchen products will be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 24 at the price of £4.19 - in accordance with the prices provided by royalmail.com
Royal mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 24 hours from dispatch.
Please note that this will not be next day from when you placed you’re order, but will be delivered next day from when you selected your chosen dispatch date.
This is just a guidance from royal mail and there are rare occasions that the royal mail do have delays, which is out of our control. If your product isn’t delivered on time, we accept no liability for this and you will need to contact royal mail for further assistance.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they provide the correct delivery address along with the correct contact details. Lyd’s Kitchen CAN NOT accept liability for any delayed/missing deliveries due to insufficient/incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Unfortunately Lyds Kitchen does not offer refunds/exchanges on their products, due to them being perishable goods.
If you have purchased an item by accident, we will be able to refund you if notified within 1 hour of purchase. We will be unable to refund after this time due to us starting work on your product.
If the product received is the incorrect item that you purchased or has been opened before arriving to you – please email us at info@lydskitchen.co.uk and we will try our very best to help you.
For any eligible returns we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the product you are not satisfied with.
